The terms of our text messaging program.

The Salon Lounge SMS program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, service follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers to subscribers who have opted in. The program is operated by The Salon Lounge, located at 8787 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Suite 206, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.

You can join the SMS program by:

• Checking the SMS consent box on our booking or consultation form on this website.
• Providing written consent on a paper form during your visit to the salon.
• Texting a keyword we provide to our messaging number.

By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the mobile number you provided belongs to you, and that you agree to these SMS Terms.

• Appointment confirmations after you book.
• Reminders sent in advance of your scheduled visit.
• Scheduling changes, rescheduling requests, and cancellations.
• Service follow-ups and aftercare or move-up reminders.
• Occasional promotional offers, seasonal specials, and limited availability announcements.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and our promotional calendar. Most subscribers receive no more than four messages per month. Around an appointment, you may receive a small cluster of messages — for example, a confirmation when you book and a reminder the day before.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message we send and that you send in reply. Check your wireless plan for the details. The Salon Lounge is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred by your participation in the SMS program.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and no longer send SMS messages to that number. If you want to resubscribe, sign up the same way you did the first time.

For help, reply HELP at any time. You will receive a message containing our contact information.

Our SMS program is supported on major US carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Google Voice, MetroPCS, and Cricket.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery.

You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to participate in our SMS program. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the mobile number you provided is yours to enroll.

We respect your privacy. Our complete Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with trusted service providers that help us deliver the messages you have signed up to receive.

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
